CAL-A-XS Split Type Level Transmitter is a high-performance liquid level measuring instrument equipped with premium imported pressure-sensitive sensor components. Advanced computer laser resistance trimming technology is applied to achieve precise temperature compensation, effectively eliminating measurement errors caused by temperature fluctuation.
Designed with an integrated sealed junction box and professional wiring terminals, the device comes with intuitive digital display panel. Its reasonable structural layout greatly simplifies daily installation, field calibration and routine maintenance work.
The detection probe can be directly submerged into measured liquid medium. Built-in diffused silicon and ceramic sensing cores accurately capture liquid static pressure and convert physical pressure data into original electric signals. It owns outstanding corrosion resistance and reliable explosion-proof capability, perfectly adapting to various severe and complex industrial operating environments.
The independent transmitter module is mounted at safe and accessible spots. It processes collected signals through amplification, linear correction and temperature compensation, and outputs standard 4-20mA analog and RS485 digital signals. These stable signals support long-distance data transmission and automatic system linkage control widely used in industrial liquid monitoring scenarios.
